We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy informs you about which data we process when you visit this website and when you contact us, for what purpose, and on what legal basis. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the governing framework.
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:
Datargo GmbH, Omniturm, Neue Mainzer Str. 52-58, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Represented by Andreas Mallek. Email: info@datargo.com.
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits technical information to the server, which is temporarily stored in what are known as log files. This is technically necessary in order to deliver the website, to ensure its stable operation, and to safeguard its security.
In particular, the following data are processed:
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. The log files are deleted after a short period, unless they are required to investigate a specific security incident.
This website is operated exclusively in data centers in Frankfurt am Main within the European Union. We engage Hetzner Online GmbH and Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt region) as processors. No processing takes place outside the EU.
Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the hosting service providers. The legal basis for their use is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable, EU-compliant operation).
If you send us an inquiry via the form on the contact page, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and handle your request. The information you enter is processed:
The transmission takes place in encrypted form to our own CRM system, which we operate under the subdomain api.crm.datargo.com within the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry is directed at the conclusion or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We store the data until your request has been conclusively handled, and then delete it, provided that no statutory retention periods preclude this.
On our website we embed a chat widget, which is likewise operated via our own CRM system at api.crm.datargo.com. When you use the chat, we process the messages you send and the contact data you voluntarily provide in doing so, in order to respond to your inquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data are processed in our CRM within the EU and deleted as soon as they are no longer required for handling the request.
We do not use any tracking or marketing cookies and do not use any third-party analytics or audience-measurement services.
For the functioning of the website, we store only technically necessary settings locally in your browser (Local Storage), such as your chosen language and the appearance (light or dark). These details do not leave your device and are not transmitted to us. The legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts are loaded exclusively locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party font services, and no data are transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
Your data are transferred to third parties only insofar as this is necessary for the purposes stated or you have consented. As processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, these are the hosting service providers in Frankfurt mentioned above. We operate our CRM ourselves within the EU.
We make a complete overview of our sub-processors available in the Trust Center.
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights at any time:
To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@datargo.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (the data protection authority of the State of Hesse).
We secure this website and the transmission of your data using current encryption (TLS). Data in our systems are stored in encrypted form. We describe further technical and organizational measures in our Trust Center.
This Privacy Policy reflects the current status. As the website is developed further or legal requirements change, an adjustment may become necessary. You can access the version currently in effect at any time on this page.
