Does Datargo Monitor meet the NIS2 requirements for monitoring and incident reporting?
Yes. Risk management, monitoring, incident detection and logging duties under the NIS2 transposition in Germany (in force since December 2025) map directly to features. The audit trail produces the evidence at the push of a button, on the platform plan together with Datargo CRM, ID and ERP.
Where is my data stored?
EU hosting, Frankfurt by default. Region pinning is available on request, as is an on-prem sensor for internal services. The data we process on your behalf stays in the EU; only the app push notifications (Apple) and payment processing (Stripe) run via US providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Which apps are available?
A native macOS console, an iPhone and iPad app, and an Apple Watch companion with Critical Alerts. Push to your wrist, accept and escalate without opening the Mac.
How fast does the alert fire?
Median under 30 seconds, once at least two regions have independently confirmed the outage. You set the confirmation thresholds per Datargo Monitor yourself.
