Yes. EU hosting in Frankfurt is the default, the data we process on your behalf stays in the EU, and no external consent-management plugin is required. Only the app push notifications (Apple) and payment processing (Stripe) run via US providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Tenant isolation is anchored deep in the platform.
Can I run multiple brands from one Datargo CRM instance?
Yes. Multi-brand is included in Engage and Concierge. Dedicated mailboxes, dedicated branding for every widget, separate SLAs, and a shared contact base.
How fast is the live-chat widget?
The snippet weighs only a few kilobytes, loads lazily, and never blocks page rendering. It starts only when a visitor opens it and communicates over its own encrypted connection.
Which apps are available?

Does the plan switch automatically when I add seats?
No, seats are capped within each plan. You can add seats instantly with prorated billing, upgrade at any time, and downgrade at the end of the period. Billing runs through Datargo ERP.
